The fastest, most efficient way to contact a member of our team is to submit a Service Request with the IT Service Desk. This allows the team to collaborate and support a request or incident with ease.

To submit an IT Service Request, you may do one of the following:

  1. Call (315) 445-4579 or x4579

  2. Email servicedesk@lemoyne.edu

  3. Submit a request online to https://lemoyne.atlassian.net/servicedesk/

The hours of the Service Desk vary during the vacations and academic year; however, the team at the Service Desk will respond to all voicemails or awaiting emails and requests once they are back in office.
