Find a Rubric

To find an existing rubric, click the Find a Rubric link.

You can find rubrics that were created in previous assignments as well as rubrics created in other courses where you have an instructor role.

Select Rubric

In the first column, select Le Moyne. If Le Moyne is already pre-selected or the only option visible, make sure it is highlighted in grey like the picture above.

In the second column, locate and click the name of a rubric.

Use This Rubric

Once you have found the desired rubric, use the scroll option to the far right to scroll the entire menu down. To select a rubric for the assignment, click the Use This Rubric button.

Turn On Assignment Grading

Once the rubric is visible below the assignment, you will need to connect the rubric to the assignment grading.

First, click the pencil to visit the editing page.

Use This Rubric Check

After going into the Editing page, scroll to the very bottom and make sure there is a white check mark in a blue box next to Use this rubric for assignment grading. If there is not a check, click the box. Then, click Update Rubric.

You have successfully added a rubric and connected it to the assignment for grading!
