Alyssa earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Theatre Arts from Le Moyne College, specializing in creative writing with a minor in arts administration. She has previously worked with the Le Moyne IT Department, serving as a Student Lead at the Service Desk and a Summer Student Project Lead for the ID/AT team. Currently, she supports the configuration, management, and maintenance of the college's portfolio of cloud-based teaching and learning systems. This includes but is not limited to learning management (Canvas), video and lecture capture (Kaltura), student assessment (ex: ePortfolios), and course evaluation systems.
