Alyssa Goudy, Academic Applications Administrator
Alyssa is the an Academic Applications Administrator on the Instructional Design and Academic Technology team at Le Moyne, where she supports the configuration, management, and maintenance of the college's cloud-based teaching and learning systems. She recently earned her Bachelors BA in English and Theatre Arts, with a focus in focusing on creative writing and a minor minoring in arts administration, from Le Moyne College. She has worked with the Le Moyne IT department for the last three years, formerly as a Student Lead at the Service Desk, and a Summer Student Project Lead for the ID/AT team. Her current responsibilities include assisting with Canvas, and managing some of the college’s applications. She was a recipient of The Father John P. Lahey Award in Writing (2022) for her work on The Salamander during her undergraduate career, The Bishop David F. Cunningham Medal in Liberal Arts (2021), and received an honorable mention in stage management at the 2022 Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) for her work on Boot & Buskin’s The (One-Act) Play That Goes Wrong.Mounika Ragulaalso earned a certificate in Instructional Design and Program Evaluation from Arizona State University, and her MEd in Learning Design and Technologies. Alyssa's experience includes production and stage management, editorial leadership, designing and implementing IT training strategies, providing technical support, and coordinating schedules and event management. She has also trained volunteers for arts related events, taught K-12 students Shakespeare, poetry, and acting, and possesses expertise in English literature analysis, creative writing, editing, public speaking, and theatrical management and design. Mounika Ragula-Paloju, Ph.D., Instructional Technologist and DARTer
Dr. Mounika Ragula is an Instructional Technology Designer at Le Moyne College located in Syracuse in the state of New York, USA. She has earned a PhD in Curriculum, Instruction, and Media Technology with Educational Technology as a specialization from Indiana State University. She currently works with faculty members at Le Moyne College in training, consulting and reviewing course development in various modalities. In addition, she oversees Document Accessibility Remediation Team, also called as DART, whose goal is to strive to improve the digital accessibility of the courses at Le Moyne. Dr. Ragula has several years of experience in the field of instructional design and instructional technology especially in online teaching, use of technological tools when teaching and designing courses, innovative instructional strategies, using open educational resources, diversity-focused curriculum development, communicating with subject matter experts, and ensuring learner engagement. She currently works with faculty members at Le Moyne College in training, consulting and reviewing course development in various modalities. As a lifelong learner, she strives to keep up with the changing technological trends in instructional design and technology integration. Her ultimate goals are to design and develop instruction that encourages learners to be lifelong learners, to contribute to active learning and provide culturally responsive education to support student engagement in both online and face-to-face environments. Mark Ramsden, Team Kibitzer and Technologist Emeritus
Mark has been working in and around the College since computers were larger than cars. He has During his time on the Heights, he assumed many roles in classroom technology, events, and academic technology. His current responsibilities include have included resolving requests and incidents with the learning management system as well as consulting on specific academic technology projects. Mark’s participation on the team is was invaluable because of his experience and can-do attitude. When Mark is not fixing things in Canvas, you can find him enjoying retired life with his grandchildren and touring in his RV.

Dr. Royce Robertson is the director of instructional design and academic technology at Le Moyne College, where he also teaches research to occupational therapy graduate studentsa variety of classes in occupational therapy, management, and executive leadership. As an academic technologist, he works to implement technology solutions related to curriculum, instruction, and assessment. He received his EdD in curriculum and instruction from Argosy University - Sarasota. Robertson has published and presented broadly in the areas of assessment system maturity and various academic applications of maturity models, including his most recent project as a 2020-2021 Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) Fellow studying the inclusion of institutional mission on online course design and development.
