Ally: Disable Alternative Format

To disable an Alternative Format for a specific file, once the file is uploaded, click on the Alternative Format icon.  At the top, click on the drop-down arrow and select ‘Disable alternative formats for this file’

 

 

 

Once you do that, if a student tries to select the Alternative Format for that file, they will get this message
