Aqua: Find and Score Submissions

To find and score submissions in Aqua, a faculty evaluator must do the following.

Access Aqua

  • Start by going to www.lemoyne.edu/taskstream, the address will forward to a Le Moyne portal page

  • Enter your Le Moyne username and password

  • When successfully logged in, look to the upper right corner for the 3x3 grid menu, also known as the Waffle. Click on the Waffle and choose Aqua.

  • Once you have logged in, you can also use these instructions from Watermark.

Access Student Submissions

  • Once in Aqua, in the lower left, click on Score Student Work

  • When a list of submissions appears, find a student (row) and click on Score

Complete the Scoring

  • When the submission opens, wait for the document viewer to launch, and then review the submission

  • When finished reading, look for the rubric scoring tool below to the document viewer, click on the up arrow on the right side of the rubric scoring tool, this will expand the rubric scoring tool

  • Once the rubric scoring tool is expanded, you should be able to see the complete rubric criteria (below) and can easily score the submission

    • Read the criterion (bolded title text) and performance descriptions (levels 1, 2, 3, 4)

    • Click on the appropriate score (ex: 2, Meets Expectation)

    • Click the right arrow to advanced to the next criterion

    • Repeat the scoring for each criterion, scrolling and skimming the document as needed

  • Once the scoring is complete, click on Review and Submit in the upper right corner

    • If you want to add an overall comment, it can be done after clicking Review and Submit. There will be one general comment per outcome rubric.

  • Skim the summary and click Submit
