Goals

By the end of AY 23-24 the following accomplishments will be apparent:

• Populated FS profiles for all faculty who are required to submit annual reports

• Thorough faculty directory and profiles at launch of new website in early 2024 using the FS Web Profiles module

• More efficient alignment of policy and practice in FS for Rank and Tenure

• Submission, summarization, and reporting of annual faculty reporting using FS

Guiding Principles

When decisions need to be made, we will rely on these basic ideals:

• Maximize “create once, publish everywhere” or “make once, use many times” mantra

• Minimize hand entry of information through frequent imports

• Integrate with other systems where and when possible
