AIM: Accommodation Management

Portal Access for Faculty

Logging into AIM

Disability Support Services is now using for all our student accommodations Accessible Information Management (AIM).  Faculty should login to AIM with their Le Moyne College network credentials to view students who have registered and approved their accommodations in their course(s).

  • Login to AIM by visiting https://sierra.accessiblelearning.com/Lemoyne/Instructor

  • Sign in using your Le Moyne College network credentials

  • The homepage, or “overview’ page, shows all students who have registered an accommodation for your course(s) for the current semester.

  • Click “View” to left of a student’s name to see their faculty notification letter which lists their registered accommodations.

Faculty Notification Letters

·      Faculty notification letters (FNLs) notify faculty of a student in their course who is registered with Disability Support Services and is eligible for accommodations.

·      FNLs are sent to the instructor(s) on record via Le Moyne College Email address.
